The Journey to Brotherhood

Embarking on your journey with our fraternity is an exciting experience that unfolds over several key phases. Here’s a breakdown of what to expect as you navigate the joining process.

Phase 1: Recruitment

Recruitment is an exciting opportunity for potential new members to form meaningful connections with current brothers, This low-pressure environment is designed for you to explore and engage, setting the foundation for lasting friendships and a fulfilling fraternity experience. We encourage you to attend our social events and informational meetings where you can relax, make friends, and get a genuine feel for what it means to be a part of our brotherhood.

Phase 2: Membership Education Process

Following the recruitment process, qualified individuals will receive a bid to join the fraternity. Once you accept your bid, you'll embark on the membership education process, a structured program designed to immerse new members in the fraternity's values, foster connections with current brothers, and provide leadership training.

Phase 3: Becoming a Brother

After completing the membership education process, you will be officially welcomed as a brother for life! This is your moment to be revealed to both the fraternity and the University of Tampa community. As a full member, you will enjoy all the benefits of your hard-earned membership, including lifelong connections, opportunities for leadership, and participation in fraternity events and activities.
